    Hi All:
    I can’t log into my site. The password reset option does not work. When I type in my email, WordPress doesn’t recognize it. How do I access ‘account recovery’ for a site registered on www.remarpro.com?

  • On a self hosted site, you may need to log into the control panel tools (possibly cPanel?) provided for you by your hosting account, and use one of the database administration tools – phpMyAdmin is very popular – to reset your password.

    Rob, from Dreamhost helped me out. I got a new pw and was able to login.
