Some posts appear everywhere

Running WP 2.0.1 and using permalinks.

I think this is a permalink issue but I’m not certain. Some posts (in this specific problem the ones with the category “skins”) end up in every category, even though the just belong to Category>Skins.

This is driving me nuts. I think I’ve seen others having this problem but can’t find any help.
