Recaptchya form not showing

Howdy,
We are using the following versions:
WP 3.5
CF7 3.3.2
BWP Recaptcha 1.0.1
CF7 BWP Extension 0.8We’re finding that while we can insert the recaptcha shortcode in CF7 forms, the recaptcha isn’t rendering on pages/posts. It does, however, appear in the BWP Settings panel / Theme options (where it should). Not sure where the problem lies.
Hoping someone can help.
