Personally, when I’ve had to do that, I simply went into the WordPress database, figured out what column of what table to change, and wrote a quick SQL query to change the entire column all at once in phpmyadmin.

If that sounds too difficult, you may want to spend the time to search for and test an appropriate Plugin. I couldn’t find anything definite in the 10 minutes I spent looking just now.
