Comments counter still zero

I just noticed something… when you look at a post on the main page, it says “no comments” when there are truly comments. I am using Akismet, Spam Karma, Bad Behavior, and AuthImage (Captcha) to control spam. Is this overkill? LOL… maybe one of these plugins is conflicting with the other, but I don’t know which one.
When you go to the permalink, comments are there. When you look at it on the main page, it sais “no comments”. Oh, and I get the email that tells me there is a comment.
