All fields NOT linking to Salesforce

  • I’m having trouble making all of our necessary lead fields show up in Salesforce. Our Salesforce system is customized using Volunteers for Salesforce, so we need many lead fields that are not specified on the Salesforce WordPress-to-Lead plugin. When I add the fields as I assume they should look, they still do not go through. I have screenshots if you’d like me to pass them along, but I can’t add them here.

    Help! We’d really like this plugin to work for us.

    Make sure you have the correct field name specified (it’s not obvious and you need to copy and paste it from the salesforce site to make sure it matches). The Plugin FAQ has an entry with some more info.

    e.g.

    Your field may be MyCustomField but the name may be c_MyCustomField.
