Calendar views in Thesis theme

Is there someone who can help me with the following issues:
In list view: I want a dotted line between the events, so it clearly shows where they start and end.
In single event view: I want not to show links to previous or next events.
Gridview: I have Thesis 1.8.4 theme and I have get helped with some extra code for the theme to use no-sidebars-template when showing the gridview. Problem is that it swichtes between no-sidebars and and standard template. Does anyone know why?
