Slide Show isn't working

So.. I can’t get the slide show to work? I am using “U-design” Theme. Yes, I have used the button to find the “Path to the JW Image Rotator”. I have also tried “resetting” the plug-in.
I should also note that I have tried other slideshow plugs ins to see if it was the Nextgen slideslow… no slideshows work…
