Move blog but keep URL aliases

  • Hi all,
    I have a WordPress-Blog on my own domain. Now I want to move to another product and another domain. How could I set up my existing domain to forward all existing URLs to my new domain?
    Example: Currently example.com/Article123 exists. After the migration such a request should be forwared to newexample.org/blog/Article77.
    Is that possible?
