Event popups not closing

On the calendar page, the pop-up does not disappear when the mouse moves away, and errors are thrown. I think that for my particular site, it is really just an issue with jQuery libraries being loaded in twice and conflicting with one another.

What I would like to do is comment out the section of code that creates the <script> tag for the library within the ai1ec plugin to avoid calling it twice. I am not able to find this line of code, and am curious where it would be located. I have looked through every file that I can access in the Admin->Plugins->Edit section.
