Website won't show updated css file!

Hi, so this is an exmaple page

but generally the problem is that I edit my css file through
wordpress, and it wont show the uploaded version when i visit my website.

I’m using stablehost, maybe the’re the problem? I checked my account their and the css file is indeed updated but it won’t load it on my website.

Any help please?
