403 forbidden error not able to view site

  • My wordpress site has been working fine since I starte it about 3 weeks ago I got a forbidden error I have no idea on how to fix of you have any thoughts or trouble shooting please let me know. Thanks Courtney https://iphonenosound.com/

    -what do the server logs say?

    -have discussed with your hosting provider?

    – make sure it’s not an .htaccess or something blocking it. Do you have your ftp client to show “hidden files”?

    -deactivating ALL plugins (yes, all) temporarily to narrow down the problem. If the problem goes away, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s). If you can’t get into your admin dashboard, try resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems (because the hooks remain unless plugins completely removed or some plugins stick around in cached files. So by renaming the folder, you break them and force them inactive).

    Thank you so much for your reply. Are you able to try and fix it as I am very novice in this area. I have gone on to my cpanel and am confused as to where to go from there.
