Post order

  • This is a pretty obvious question so it’s bound to have been asked before, but I used search and couldn’t find so I’m asking anyway ??

    Is there any way to have categorized and archived messages switched around in orders? I’m using my blog to post pieces of a work of fiction, and I’d like my readers to read the first posts first instead of the newest (in the archives and categories at least)

    Can anyone help me?

  • This could be achieved (I believe) by using the get_posts Template Tag on the archive.php page template.

    The usage – which is explained quite well on the codex page – would depend on what you want to show, like whether you want to show the titles only, the excerpts, or the whole posts on the category / archives.
