Adjusting text in WP UI

  • The problem I’m having is on:

    I’m using WP UI tabs and it is working fine for me, but the text I have added inside the shortcodes is not adjusting to the screen size. If the size is full, I can read everything, if it is not the text is cut off.

    I am very new to this (obviously). Is this a css issue? What is the step I should take to make the text adjustable to the size of the screen?
