    Hello, I am interested on your support ticket system plugin for wordpress called Support Tickets v2

    My website is https://www.maderincocr.com

    I need a system that allow my current clients and new users to send request of quotation of my products across a ticket system like your or similar, and then me folloe up the performance of my personnel and the status of each quotation.

    Do you think your ticket system could be helpful? what is the price? is it free? Does the free version have limitations?
