Hello, sorry for not seeing your posts sooner. We do not have any tickets which are left open or unanswered. Our average reply time is 6-8 hours.
Can you check your spam folder to see if your email system has accidentally flagged the reply as spam?
If you could provide the ticket numbers I can check on them immediately.

Yep you guys managed to get it fixed. The plugin required the IonCube install, and since my website is with Godaddy it did not have it. After figuring out how to make Godaddy give me shell access we were able to resolve the problem and now it’s working fine.

Hello Matthew. Do you have the details of the two tickets you submitted which you did not receive a response to? I have checked our system and can not see your other tickets.
We only have one ticket from you which related to the installation of ioncube and it was responded to within 48 hours and was fully resolved.
If you do have other tickets, please do let us know the ticket numbers so that we can investigate why you may have waited longer than is our usual turnaround time.
