Coupon Code Elite Fatal Error

I purchased the Coupon Code Elite Plugin. I have installed IonCube correctly, which I know because I spoke with my hosting manager. When I click activate plugin it still returns fatal error. There are no fatal errors in my host FTP files so Im kinda stuck esp since the support team hasn’t responded to any of my tickets.
