Activating W3 Total Cache removes Slider

I’ll leave everything as it is for now, but I need it so I’m trying to look for a fix for this plugin.
So the current setup:
- W3 total cache is activated
- Slider is activated
- but Slider is missing
Theme is ProReview Theme.
Is this a known issue?
