Keep getting booted from Admin

Today I transferred our domain to a new server and set up the database and amended ZoneAlarm as in Enable Sending Referrers. The other site I maintain works, so it can’t be a ZoneAlarm problem. Does anyone think it could be a problem with the domain not resolving. I cannot think what else it can be.
