Can't Access Widget Area From Dashboard After 3.5 Update

I updated WP to 3.5, and now I can’t access the Widget area from my dashboard. I CAN access the Widget area from the site’s Home page through the Admin bar at the top, however.

I tried re-uploading the wp-admin file (didn’t work), and I have no conflicting plugins. Did anybody else have this issue, and if so, how did you fix it?
