can you add a hidden field?

Hi,
I have a field called ‘Company’. My CRM won’t accept info from a form without something in the ‘Company’ field. Is it possible to add a hidden field ‘no company’ if someone doesn’t fill that in?

If so, could you please provide the steps to do so?
