3.0.1 conflicts

This morning’s 3.0.1 has some issues with WP 3.5. For example, both with and without the “chosen” enhancement, If WordPress displays a pop-up notification of a new feature, such as the new media upload feature, WP Jump prevents the entire message from displaying and it also blocks the ability to dismiss the message. The “dismiss X” and message appears, but clicking on it has no impact.

Disabling WP Jump returns normal behavior.
