Video Gallery ideas?

Hey guys, just looking for some advice.

I’m looking for a plugin for a video gallery but I can’t seem to find one that fits my needs. I want it to be a gallery and not just a small selection of vids. (If Possible) I’d like my users to be able to submit vids, but that isn’t a requirement. Any ideas of what plugin I should use?
