Media Upload – Multiple Upload does not work with 3.5

    There is a problem with the Media Upload. The multiple file uploader does not work, as soon as you select multiple files and click “upload” the theme just displays “Crunching…” in the upload status bar indefinitely. All of my files are way under 32MB limit (long side 1400px) and are proper RGB files @72 dpi.

    I’ve tried this on multiple computers with different internet connections, as well as in both Firefox and Safari, nothing changes. The individual file uploader still works, but it’s very slow.

    I’m not sure if it’s WP-wide (3.5 Upgrade) or it’s my theme’s compatibility issue with WP 3.5.

  • I’ll chime in on this one, as I’ve got the same thing going on. Images at sizes which used to upload in seconds are now arduously slow; on the order of 5 minutes per image to upload slow. As far as I know, the only change is the Elvin update.

    Anything I can check on my end to rule out other options would be appreciated. Thanks.
