No Scroll Bar when add attribute

Same happens to me, I think! I configure the atributes of a shortcode, put de icon in, go to my new post page, try and then the pop-up window comes, but without drop-down menu besides I’ve selected ‘select’ option, with three align options (float left / right / middle)

Any idea someone? Thanks in advance
