  • Hello!

I have exactly the same problem. Anything?

Oh, I tried to deactivate and then activate it again. Nothing. Uninstalling should do the trick?

    Thanks!

I have to delete the plugin and then install it again. Working now. Backup your data before doing that.

Thats what I did also t get the stats to work on the added sites. I however had forgoten to set the def folder to write (777), and have since changed that.

I have not added any new sites but might ad one today to see if it gets stats.

My def folder wasn’t set to 777 too. I’ll check this later. Please, post your results. Thanks!

No stats on the new sites added. I’m about to do the Hokey Pokey and delete the plugin and install it again.

I like the stats, however, is the plugin stable? Are the people who developed it still around or is this plugin no longer suported?

Just got done doing the Hokey Pokey fix for stats. The New sites added, stats are working now. Did not lose any data from sites where the stats were working. Is this how it’s suposed to work?

    Hi
I have a similar problem. In one of >10 blogs, the plugin is not showing any stats. all other blogs in the community are working fine and showing all the stats.
i tried to change the template, new installation of the plugin, set the chmods new… without success.
does anyone know where the problem could be?
what is the “hokey pokey fix”?

    Hi all,
I’m currently addressing this and other problems for a incoming update.
    Thanks for your feedback.

Statcomm can’t detect new blogs installed on the network.
That is because the plugin needs to install a table for each blog in the current multisite. But it doesn’t attempt to install a table to newer ones.

I would recommend to uninstall the plugin and reinstall (without deleting tables option activated). That will install the missing table on the newer blogs and should solve the issue.
