Log in Problem

WordPress suddenly reject my log in details.
I log in to review some pages of my website within the past 2 weeks successfully.
Since yesterday I’ve been trying to moderate comments without success.
I tried to use “For your password” only to receive another message that ” my email does not exist”
I’m very sure of my log in credentials, not only have I used it in the past successfully, but is in a message received from WORDPRESS after installation.
Please what is the way out
