Web address representation

  • I am converting my sites to WP and have successfully added anchors within a “dev.examplesite.com” work in progress.

    Q: To make the anchors work, I am asked to use the complete web address so if I have web page names with blank spaces such as “About Us” is it represented as: “https://www.examplesite.com/about_us.htm/#1”? (#’s changing depending upon anchor)?

    Also, does capitalization matter with wordpress or my host “Go Daddy?

    Please help. (My very first WP post – be kind!)
