Fatal error in WP 3.5

Hi!
If I install the Media File Manager plugin on WP 3.5 I recieve the following error message:
Fatal error: Call-time pass-by-reference has been removed in /var/www/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/media-file-manager/media-relocator.php on line 615
My PHP version is 5.4.8.
