    Hi,

I have an e-commerce website that needs to display different prices for logged out (retail) and logged in (wholesale) customers.

Is it possible or is there an extension that allows me to do that?

I looked into Dynamic Pricing and the Ignite Wholesale Pricing extensions, but these seem to only apply wholesale discounts once products are in the shopping cart.

I need the discounted prices to be displayed on the product page directly without the users seeing the full price.

    Many thanks for your help!

    Phil

there was no update for the plugin, but I’ve managed to hack it with a few amendments to functions.

If you’d like to know more, email me on [ redacted, support is offered via the forum and not email ]

Happy to share the hack …

    cheers,

    Hey,

Just to confirm, Dynamic Pricing would handle this.

you mean the ignite woo plugin?

If so, can you show me a working version of that? I bought the plugin and couldn’t get it to work and the support wasn’t great …

    cheers,

    Phil

yes, that was exactly the problem I had … hacked it using meta data and price display for signed in wholesale users …

It’s not the most sexy way, but works … would love to see plug in support for that!

Happy to share my solution so you can use it … it’s quite simple really …

Think the plugin needs redoing as to yet no plugin shows different user roles for different priced and with a normal retail price intailed.

Thanks Phil for help, but really need a expert on this to do this for me…etc..

I am also having the same issue. I actually can’t even figure out how to use either of these plugins and would appreciate any kind of help with it since both woocommerce and ignite have terrible customer service.

@ignitewoo.com Team – I understand what you are saying but you fail to answer the question. Can your plugin do the requested

I have an e-commerce website that needs to display different prices for logged out (retail) and logged in (wholesale) customers.

If it can then I will purchase your plugin.

    Thanks,

@rehudnall – Yes, this is explained in terms of how it works in the product description. Let us know if you have any more questions.

Also note: The WP forums is not the way to get in touch with us. We rarely visit here. We provide direct support via email, our Contact page, and by phone. Please use one of those.

Would be nice if this was correct. Still waiting to hear back from two weeks ago. Using the support forum, with the said key. No reply.

Also beware of IgniteWoo because their plugins are not GPL licensed as is required by the WordPress GPL license. They don’t tell you this up front. I only found out after viewing the restrictive license text in the plugin after purchase and they refused a refund on that basis.

@doug: Our PHP is open source. JS and/or CSS may or may not be GPL. Depends on the plugin.

@petrik: You wrote to us with details of what you’re trying to accomplish, however you didn’t write anything about problems you’re encountering. Feel free to update your support ticket any time.
