    Hi Geovanna,

    Did you configure the plugin to backup? Did you run any manual backups to check it was configured correctly?

    Looks like the plugin was never setup or never had a successful backup. One should always run a manual backup to verify config is correct and backups works. And backups should be checked periodically.

    It’s been a common thread to find people who are using and depending on plugins to completely and securely backup their wordpress.

    Don’t get me wrong… some plugins work OK depending on your needs, but I do not recommend it, for several reasons.
