Blueblurry’s Navigation Fix

I have installed WP 2.0 locally on my machine, and have been playing around with its features and all to get the understanding. I have been trying to show one post per page (since my current blog has the same format and I would like to keep it that way), and tried to use the previous_post_link() and next_post_link() on the index page for switching through the posts, but it shows nothing. I searched the forums for a solution and came to know of

but every time I try to visit, my browser tells me that the server could not be found.

So I was wondering if somebody out there has a copy of this fix, which they could send me or if there’s some place on the Web I can download it from.

Any help would be appreciated ??
