different post type hierarchy

  • can i register multiple post type and they could be child of each other?
    for example
    i have a post type forum and a post type topic
    now i create a topic that are child of a forum. and also its permalink would be this:
    https://example.com/forum1/topic1/

    how can i make this structure?
