Cannot See Theme Options

  • Hi there,

    Preface:
    * I think I’m using version 2.7.1, but I don’t know and the generator tag on the source code of my site currently on https://sallydurow.wordpress.com/ doesn’t tell me?

    * I’m not a coder! I just signed up for the wordpress value bundle, mapped a domain, and wanted to start customing the home page.

    I cannot see “Theme options” under my Appearance menu. I want to start customising the home page within my Hero Theme (as per here: https://themetrust.com/knowledgebase/getting-started-with-hero), but it’s referring me to a Theme Options menu, and I don’t have it? I have ‘Themes’, ‘Widgets’ & ‘Menus’ – but no option to get stuck into that home page banner and start editing it (via ‘Theme options’)

    Any help would greatly be appreciated!
