Can I use WordPress for this kind of site?

Hello everyone!

I’m currently designing a semi-big website to allow people to create their online stores just like eBay and Amazon but without all their features except that, Users can just register/login and create profile page that allows them to add and show products they wanna sell online. but buyers are not going to use paying options like (PayPal or Visa) except it just shows the contact details for the seller on his profile. the whole idea is to promote the products of someone online like (Electronics, cars and even Real Estate).
the website is like an advertising magazine for visitors who wanna search for products currently on sale from others.

I really need help choosing the right plugins to install for my website. I’m currently using Roots theme as a starting layout does it gonna be a problem using twitter bootstrap for this website?
and is there’s any recommended theme I could use instead of Roots?

Also the website will have a main department for products reviews which is going to be widely featured on the homepage.
