Quick Chat plug in won't appear on my page

I am using www.remarpro.com through godaddy.com for my web site https://www.matthewbrandau.com
I have instaled the “Quick Chat” plug in. How ever, it does not appear on the web site. The tech folks said it did instal properly, but they do not understand why it is not showing up.
