Using custom Google maps?

- I’m trying to add a custo Google map to one of my pages
- I’m following this tutorial
- how do I modify the “<header>” tags and “<body>” tags of a WP page?
- Basically, I copied all of the tutorial code into a text editor but I don’t know what to do with it now
