Is thre a widget plugin to download ebook ?

I am creating my blog. I want to allow people to download ebook on the right sidebar. So i need a plugin to do this. My aim is to have a plugin i can use to allow people :
1.download free ebooks (just give a name and email)
2.buy some ebooks ( possibilty to add a coupon code)
