Images stretched in slideshow

    I am getting stretched images in the header. I have changed the header area to go all the way across – ie. to 850px (x210px).

    I have uploaded all different sizes of images so they are the correct size for what I’ve made the header, but they always come out the same stretched size. I can’t seem to work out where the code is that’s stretching the image. I think something may be overiding it.

    I have changed the width & heights of image in Functions.php, & style.php (feat-post & slideshow li).

  • The images are not going to work correctly in the wider header space. You can’t resize an image that way — you would have to upload images of the correct size (850×210) AND know how to change the code of the theme so the slider used the bigger images (not the same images used below) in the upper section.

    Yes, I have uploaded the correctly-sized images. And I am trying to get the slider to use the bigger images.

    Is there somewhere that defines the size of “wpcx_thumb_big”?
