    Some cache plugins can interfere with the plugin’s operation. Other than that, unless you are blocking cookies, I can’t see anything directly that would cause that.

    Thanks for the quick reply. It was w3 total cache and CloudFlare causing the prolbem. After I cleaed all of my website caches, it was working again.
