• I don’t know how to get around on WP. I was able to attach it to my site and I can write blogs.

Not sure what I did, but I updated to the latest version via WP website and also updated my plugins. I was asked to do that. Somehow I ended up with this fatal error and can’t get back into my site.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /data/15/1/127/106/1453269/user/1561817/htdocs/lettersfromyournightlynelson/nelsondiaries/wp-admin/includes/update.php on line 198

Can the site be fixed? If not can I get my past blogs and have to load another site via my ISP?

    Thanks

  • I get the same error except mine exists only when I try to upload pics and videos. Mine says the following:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 18432 bytes) in /home/rockinou/public_html/wp-includes/media.php on line 258

I can still log onto the back end of my site. I have updated to the latest version and now I don’t know what to do

It looks like you need to increase your memory limit. Contact your host and ask how to do it.

I checked my space allocation and I am no where near my limit.
