Register/Login Pages cannot be found

On my local WordPress installation WampServer (moved from hosting site), I got the site up and running, but the only navigational link that doesn’t work is the Register/Login page.

I get a Page Not Found:

Not Found

Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn’t here.

I need to fix this, and also is there another way to get into my admin dashboard in the meantime without this page?

**Note: Mod, please don’t move this post to ‘Localhost Installs’ as my local install is up and running, and no experts visit or help anyone over there. It is the WordPress Forum equivalent to Siberia. ??
