wp-config- error database cannot connect

I think I’ve done everything right – but still when i put in the url to install wordpress in the database i get the message that either the wp-config is wrong or the connection is wrong.
ive checked the config – i think its right. and the connection is on. any tips of what to do?
i used wrangler to edit the config-file
