Sub Domains VS Folders

  • What are the Pros and Cons of Multi site with Sub Domains versus Folders.

    Which is easier.

    Is one more “buggy” than the other.

    Neither is more buggy than the other. Pros and cons are mostly subjective. The only one I can think of is that if you use subdomains, you can make folders so every site would have site.domain.com/foldername

    But really that’s a small use case. I use subdomains when I want sites to be totally different in apperance and subfolders when I want them to seem like a shared network.
