• Hello all.

I have a new blog using twenty eleven template with a few customisations & plug ins, nothing too drastic.

However the theme looks broken in IE9, but is OK in FF & Chrome. In IE9, content & sidebar are pushing against each other. I looked for hours for a workaround & did the following:

    a) Tried to add conditional css
    b) Added <meta http-equiv=”X-UA-Compatible” content=”IE=8″> to header

1st problem is that none of the above worked. If I look at the source code in Chrome, I can see the code edits above, but in IE9, the source code still shows the code before it was edited even though I have tried clearing cache / internet history / closing browser etc. (try comparing the head on both browsers)

    – see site here blog
    – I am using child themes
    – WordPress v 3.4.2 using twenty eleven theme

Does anyone know why code edits not showing in IE9 or what style issue could be?

    Thanks
