    Hi,

    I just changed the email signature what is send when someone makes an appointment. I saved it and want to edit it again but my whole mail was gone. Shit happens I guess, but I’m not able to find the tags which I can use to insert the time, date, service, etc…

    Where can I find these tags?

    Edit: Its probably a bug in the system. Every time I’m using a tag in the email and save the template it removes everything from where the first tag was used.
    example:
    Dear [client_name],
    Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, blabla
    – save -> edit
    Now my template only shows: Dear,

    Thanks for the comment. We will check this out and update the plugin once solved.

    Just checked it out and it worked fine from my end. Do you get this issue with a specific template or with all of them?

    Make sure you are not copy/pasting from a word document that might paste some formatting to the page. it needs to be simple text throughout.

    [client_name]
    [booked_date]
    [booked_time]
    [employee_name]
    [signature]
