    I’m struggling to find what causing caching to be disabled. I’m also noticing some strange time stamps ?

    Yes, it turns out that a new plugin was disabling Wp Super Cache.

    OP, can you post which plugin was causing the conflict?

    From our testing earlier we found that updating an old version of WordPress SEO by Yoast fixed the DONOTCACHEPAGE problem. Was curious if you had an issue with the same…

    I’m not sure exactly which plugin caused the problem, however I do keep all plugins (and WP) up to date so it was a conflict between two plugins at current rev at time of posting.
