Actually, your problem appears to be your blog address setting (under Options > General). If you have it at:

https://your.site/blog/index.php

change it to:

https://your.site/blog

I’ve tried a number of ways to get into the admin panel but I am continually redirected to my main page. Is there a back way to get in and change the blog address as you mentioned?
