Shortcode to add to a page?

I am currently trying to add the broadcast to a custom page which allows users to create a new post. Since this is handled through a page, they don’t actually log into the Dashboard at all. Is there any shortcode or tricks to getting this installed within a page opposed to just on the admin backend?
