    Hi,

    you find the link in :

    Buddypress > Notification Manager

    The link work in wp 1.6.1 with WordPress 3.4.2 and (wp3.5 and bp 1.6.2)
    or just open :

    your_site/wp-admin/admin.php?page=bp-notifications-manager
